Dr. N.J. Allen (MB BS DRCOG MRCGP)

Doctor Nick Allen trained in London. He joined the Practice in 1978 and has seen it develop from two single-handed units to an efficient team work from central premises.
He retains a medical interest in sports injuries, and in training medical students and recently qualified GP's. Nick's leisure time is spent rebuilding classic cars and engaging in sports such as Triathlons and Wind-surfing.

 

 

Dr. S.E. Stanley (MB CHB MTCGP)

Dr. Sally Stanley trained at
St. Andrews University in Manchester and joined the Surgery in 1989.

She works part-time and has a special interest in Obstetrics.

 

 

 

Dr. E.M. Hide (MB CHB MRCGP DRCOG DCH)

Doctor Emily Hide trained in Manchester and joined the Surgery in 1999.

Her clinical interestes are wide-ranging, and include a particular interest in Palliative Care.

 

 

 

Dr. C. Shaw (BMed.Sci BMBS DFFP MRCGP)

Doctor Claire Shaw trained in Nottingham, and joined the Practice in 2004 under the GP Retainer Scheme.

She works part time, having previously worked as a full time partner in another Leeds practice.

 

 

 

 

Dr Julia Barltrop (MBChB BA)

Doctor Barltrop is our GP Registrar and joined the surgery in August 2011.
