Patient Reference Group (PRG)

So that we can continue to improve our service to you, the surgery is in the process of putting together a "Patient Reference Group".

The purpose of this group is for patients to have a say in the services we offer and the ways in which we operate. We are asking for volunteers to form a representative cross-section of the practice.

Patients will be contacted from time to time to asked their views on subjects such as the quality of care we offer, opening times, etc.

Survey results will be published on this website. Group members will then review the findings with a member of the surgery Management Team, and agree any changes where necessary.

If you may be interested in taking part in this initiative, please complete an "Expression of interest"form, available at the surgery, or you can download one here and hand in to our reception.
