In co-operation with emis, our computer system supplier, we provide a service that enables you access to your healthcare online.
You can apply for on-line services by completing an application form which you can download from this page (below) and handing in to the surgery reception.
Once you've created an account there a number of things you will be able to do without having to contact the surgery:-
Appointment Booking
A number of appointments have been made available for booking online, 24 hours a day. These may not be the only appointments available for the day however, and if you are unable to book a convenient appointment on-line, or locate an appointment for the doctor or nurse of your choice you should contact reception in the usual way.
Prescription Ordering
You may order your regular repeat prescriptions on-line, 24 hours a day. The service is limited to regular repeat prescriptions, only.
- ie. within your Review date.
Where this service is used and the request results in a query you may receive a telephone call.
If you order a prescription before 12 noon it should be ready for collection after 2.00pm the following day. (24 hour turnaround)
If your request is placed after 12 noon then it will be ready for collection in 2 days (48 hour turnaround).
