Prescription ordering

If you order a prescription before 12 noon it should be ready for collection after 2.00pm the following day. (24 hour turnaround)
There may be a 48hour turn around if your usual doctor doesn't work the following day.

If your request is placed after 12 noon then it will be ready for collection in 2 days (48 hour turnaround).

Please note that if you submit a request on a Friday after 12 noon then you can expect to collect your prescription the following Tuesday, after 2.00pm.

You may order a prescription by telephone, via online services (You have to register for online services first), or by placing your request in the Prescription Box in Reception.
